  • Income Tax Notice Assessment: Reviewing demand notices or defect memos under Sections 143(1), 139(9), 148, 142(1), or 156, reconciling mismatch in AIS/26AS, and drafting formal legal CA submissions.
  • GST & Corporate Compliance: Preparing and submitting GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, annual GST returns, MCA filings, and company incorporation documentation.
  • Client Communication: Transmitting e-filing acknowledgments (ITR-V), refund status notifications, compliance due-date alerts, and customer support ticket resolutions via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
  • Security & Fraud Prevention: Protecting our systems against unauthorized access, malicious intrusion, phishing, and identity fraud.

We do not use automated profiling or black-box algorithms that produce legal effects without human Chartered Accountant oversight.

  • Certified Chartered Accountants & Legal Specialists: Qualified Chartered Accountants, advocates, and tax associates directly assigned to execute your tax filings under binding Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
  • Infrastructure & Security Partners: High-security ISO-27001 certified cloud hosting providers (e.g., AWS India / Google Cloud Platform India regions) that provide encrypted storage infrastructure.
  • Legal & Law Enforcement Compliance: When strictly required by a valid judicial court order, statutory subpoena, or formal directive from an authorized Indian law enforcement agency for criminal or cyber-security investigations.
